  • - unpeeled almonds - 100 g;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - brandy - 1 tablespoon;
  • - fruit liqueur - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - a few drops of lemon juice.

Step 1

First you need to peel off the almonds. To make this easy, you need to boil water in a saucepan, dip it in it for 1 minute, and then cool it in cold water. Peeled almonds must be sent to an oven preheated to a temperature of 100 degrees for 5 minutes to dry.

Step 2

Crack the egg and separate the white from the yolk. Combine egg white, brandy, liqueur, lemon juice, powdered sugar in one bowl. Beat the resulting mixture into a foam.

The peeled almonds should be chopped with a blender until they are crumbled. Then add it to the protein mixture and mix everything so that you get a homogeneous mass. Transfer it to foil and refrigerate. It should be in it for at least 2 hours.
