    • chicken breast - 700 g;
    • champignons - 400 g;
    • hard cheese - 100 g;
    • onions - 2-3 pcs.;
    • egg - 2 pcs.;
    • milk - 0.5 tbsp.;
    • flour - 3 tablespoons;
    • vegetable oil - 100 gr.;
    • lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
    • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
    • salt;
    • pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast and cut it lengthwise into thin slices. Pieces should be portioned. Do not make them too thin so as not to damage their integrity during the beating.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and squeeze over the chicken fillet. Then cover it with foil and beat off with a special hammer so that the meat after cooking is soft and tender. And garlic will give it a piquant taste and pungency.

Step 3

Season the broken pieces with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle them with the juice of half a lemon and leave for thirty minutes.

Rinse the mushrooms and cut into thin strips.

The onions should also be cut thinner.

Preheat a frying pan, pour oil into it. Fry mushrooms and onions lightly on it. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs well and add lightly salt. Heat milk slightly and pour into beaten eggs. Sift flour. Add there, stirring constantly, so that there are no lumps.

Preheat another skillet well. Pour vegetable oil into it and start frying the chops.

You need to dip them into the cooked dough first (it doesn't have to be thick) and then put the chops in the pan. Fry on one side for about five minutes. Do not overdo it so that the meat does not become dry.

When you turn the slice, place the fried mushrooms and onions on the other side in a small slide. Top with a little dough. Fry covered for five to seven minutes until tender.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the chops on them, close the lid and keep on the fire for a couple of minutes so that it melts and covers them like a hat.

Serve the chicken chops hot. But even when cooled down, this dish will be quite tasty. They go very well with boiled rice or potatoes, as well as herbs or fresh chopped vegetables.
