Cake "Winter's Tale" turns out to be very tasty, delicate and light. It tastes like Raffaello. Such a delicacy is prepared for the New Year and Christmas.

- - 3 tsp baking powder
- - 100 g flour
- - 3 eggs
- - 150 g granulated sugar
- - 100 g starch
- - 70 g coconut flakes

Step 1
Make a biscuit. Beat eggs with water for 1-2 minutes. Add granulated sugar in a thin stream and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Add flour, baking powder, 30 g coconut flakes, starch and beat for 30-45 seconds.
Step 2
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and pour in the dough, evenly over the surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the biscuit and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Pour the almonds with hot water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and refill with hot water and leave again for 2-3 minutes. Peel the almonds. Fry it in a dry skillet. Remove from heat and grind in a blender to coarse crumbs.
Step 4
Remove the biscuit from the oven, cool it down and cut into two cakes.
Step 5
Prepare the cream. Beat the mascarpone with a mixer, add condensed milk, the mass should turn out like a thick porridge.
Step 6
Put the first crust on a dish, brush it with cream and sprinkle with almonds. Cover with a second crust and cover with cream again, sprinkle with coconut. Leave the cake to steep for 8-10 hours.
