It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 200 g butter;
- - 250 g flour;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 1 glass of kefir;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - 120 g of coconut flakes;
- - vanillin;
- - salt.
- For glaze:
- -120 g icing sugar;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of kefir;
- - 20 g of coconut flakes;
- - cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. Warm the butter to room temperature, then knead with a wooden spatula. Add sugar, vanillin and beat with a mixer.
Step 2
Mix eggs with kefir, salt. Add baking powder to flour. Combine all ingredients and mix well, then add the coconut flakes.
Step 3
A baking dish, grease with butter, then sprinkle with flour.
Step 4
Pour the dough into a mold. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Leave the finished cake in the oven until it cools completely.
Step 5
Cooking the icing. Mix kefir with powdered sugar until smooth. Add cinnamon to taste.
Step 6
Cool cake, cover with icing and sprinkle with coconut.
