It is necessary

    • For the test:
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup sour cream or kefir
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 cup of sugar
    • For filling:
    • fresh black currant berries
    • 1/4 ~ 1/2 cup sugar
    • 3 tablespoons of starch
    • Blackcurrant liqueur for impregnation - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Stir black currant berries with sugar. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Drain the released juice. Add starch.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients for the dough.

Pour half of the dough into a mold and place in an oven heated to 220 degrees. When the dough "grabs", that is, the top is no longer liquid, but not yet ruddy, put black currants on it and smooth it out. Pour the remaining dough to cover the berries. Bake until browned. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick. If the top of the pie starts to burn, and the middle is still moist, cover the tin with foil and bake, periodically checking that the dough is ready.

Step 3

When the cake is done, remove from the pan and let cool slightly. Soak a clean napkin in blackcurrant liqueur. Without wringing out the liquor, cover the top of the pie with this napkin and let the liquor soak for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.
