Now you need to cut the beets into strips, pour the oil into the pan and put the beets there. Then you need to take a lemon and squeeze the juice out of it onto the beets, then add two teaspoons of sugar. Mix all this well and fry (8-10 minutes)
Step 3
After the beets are fried, pour them into a saucepan and stir. After that, chop the carrots and onions and also send to the pan. Fry all this for about 10 minutes. Then dilute the tomato paste with water and pour into the borscht, stir and pour the carrots and onions there, stir again.
Step 4
Now you need to rinse the mushrooms and add them to the borscht. Then rinse the prunes and peel them and also put in the borscht. Then add sauerkraut and stir. Next, cut the apple into two parts and dip into the borscht. Then add 1 bay leaf and parsley root. Borscht is ready!
