A great salad that is perfect for any festive table. Pancakes and baked chicken give it an unusual taste.
It is necessary
- For the salad:
- - chicken fillet - 300 gr.;
- - champignons - 300 gr.;
- - cherry tomatoes - 250-300 gr.;
- - onion;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt pepper.
- For pancakes:
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - greens (for example, dill).
Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and seasoning and wrap in foil. We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Step 2
After the fillet has cooled, it must be finely chopped.
Finely chop the onion and champignons.
Step 3
First fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Making pancakes. To do this, beat the eggs and mix them with herbs. Grease the pan with oil and fry the pancakes on both sides. Cool them down and cut them into strips.
Step 5
Combine chicken fillet, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and pancakes. We fill with mayonnaise.
