Instructions
Step 1
Divide the chicken into portions, which are then sautéed in a little olive oil. After that, pour the broth (remaining after cooking) and white wine, add the tomato puree and the result is a mixture of a pink hue. Season with salt to your liking, add chopped greens and simmer until the meat is tender.

Peel the eggplants thoroughly, cut into thin slices, salt each of them a little, bread in well sifted flour so that there are no lumps in it, and fry until golden brown.

Chop the tomatoes and fry a little, only the main thing is that they do not burn, then put the chopped garlic. Rinse the potatoes, peel and fry.
