A rich harvest of mushrooms this fall. Try to cook them with potatoes and sour cream in a pot, but not in the oven, but in an airfryer. In it, vegetable dishes are cooked 2 times faster.

- - 300 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 300 g of potatoes;
- - 2 tablespoons of butter;
- - 1 glass of sour cream;
- - 1 onion;
- - pepper and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil fresh mushrooms and discard in a colander. Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry the onions and mushrooms on an ordinary stove in a skillet with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put a layer of potatoes in a clay pot, then a layer of fried mushrooms and onions, then another layer of potatoes and a layer of mushrooms. Salt everything and season with black pepper. Add some mushroom broth. Top with sour cream.
Step 3
Place the pot of potatoes on a low wire rack. Set the temperature to 180 degrees and simmer the dish for about 50-60 minutes at high speed.
