Step 1

With the rice, do the following: rinse thoroughly, then cook until it is completely cooked. Then let it cool completely by draining the water first.

Combine eggs with granulated sugar, beat and add to cottage cheese. Add flour there. Rinse the raisins thoroughly, then add to the rest of the mass along with the cooled rice. Mix everything properly.

Wash the orange thoroughly, then scald with boiling water and rinse again under running water. Chop the fruit into slices no more than 3 millimeters thick. Do not use the part of the orange where there is no pulp.

Step 4

Using a round baking dish, pour the pre-melted butter into the bottom of the dish. Pour granulated sugar on it, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. And only then lay out the fruit slices.
