Everyone knows that cottage cheese is very healthy. However, not everyone can use it in its pure form. In such a casserole, cottage cheese is not so felt, but how delicious! The dish is especially useful for pregnant women and children.

  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 200 g sour cream;
  • - 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 3/4 Art. Sahara;
  • - vanillin;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 1/2 tbsp. rice;
  • - raisins to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the rice and place it in a colander to remove any excess liquid. Boil the rice, drain the excess water. If necessary, rinse it under water.

Step 2

Soak the raisins for half an hour in boiled, cooled water, and then discard in a colander and let the water drain.

Step 3

Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer or whisk. Add sour cream and a little vanillin to the mixture. Beat the mixture until smooth and add cooled rice and raisins. Stir the mixture gently with a spoon.

Step 4

Prepare ovenware for the casserole. Grease it with butter and pour the whipped mixture into a bowl.

Step 5

Place the casserole in the oven for at least 40 minutes. The dish should be baked at a temperature of 200 degrees. Look according to the situation so that the casserole does not burn, reduce heat and continue baking over low heat.
