- - sugar 80 g;
- - vanilla sugar 15 g;
- - natural yogurt 250 ml;
- - semolina 250 g;
- - frozen raspberries 200 g;

Step 1
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with a little semolina. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk in the butter and sugar, then add the yolks. Continue whisking until smooth. Add yogurt and whisk again.

In a separate bowl, beat the whites with the vanilla. Mix semolina with baking powder and combine with egg-yogurt mixture.
Step 4
Gently add the proteins to the mass, while stirring with a spoon. The dough should turn out to be liquid.
Step 5
Pour half of the prepared dough into a baking dish, then put the raspberries, cover with the remaining dough. Bake for 65 minutes. Cool the finished manna and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
