Lasagna is a very popular Italian dish. According to the original recipe, it is made from thin dough and minced meat, seasoned with red tomato and white sauces. Recently, special sheets for lasagna have begun to be sold. But you can't find them in every store. But lavash is almost everywhere. It can also be used to prepare this wonderful dish. Such lasagna in a simple version also turns out to be very tender, tasty and aromatic, and it cooks very quickly.
It is necessary
- - minced meat (it is better to take pork and beef) - 0.5 g:
- - small onions - 2-3 pcs.;
- - milk - 1 glass (200 ml);
- - flour - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - nutmeg - 1 pinch;
- - hard cheese - 200 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - tomatoes - 3 pcs. or tomatoes in their own juice - 100 g;
- - Seasoning "Italian herbs" (optional) - 1 tsp;
- - lavash - 3 sheets;
- - sunflower oil for frying;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - baking dish.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's prepare the minced meat. Peel the onions and garlic and chop them into small pieces. Then take a frying pan, pour in some sunflower oil. When it's warmed up, add the minced meat and fry it until it brightens.
Step 2
Add the onion to the pan, stir it with the minced meat and simmer for about 7 minutes. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over the tomatoes to the top, cool in cold water, peel them off and cut into small cubes. If you have tomatoes in their own juice, mash them with a fork and puree. Now put the tomatoes in the skillet along with the tomato paste. Add salt to taste, black pepper and Italian Herbs. Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Now let's prepare the white lasagna sauce. Put butter in a saucepan or saucepan and melt it. Add flour, stir in butter and fry for about 3 minutes. Then pour hot milk in a thin stream, add nutmeg, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir everything together and cook the sauce until thickened (while it should not boil).
Step 4
Take a baking dish and grease it with any oil. Lay the first sheet of pita bread (if the sheets are too large, you can fold them in half). Spread half of the minced meat on top and pour over it with a spoonful of white sauce. Lay down the next sheet. Again minced meat, sprinkled with sauce. Finish shaping with lasagne, covering with the last pita bread. Fill the blank with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Send the lasagne to the oven for half an hour, preheated to 200 degrees. When the time is up, take out the finished dish, cut it into portions and serve.
