Housewives do not cook homemade lasagna very often - the dish gives the impression of being difficult to perform. But you can try and cook delicious lavash lasagna. The yeast-free dough is exchanged for Armenian lavash - it is easy to get it in many grocery stores. Neither time nor much effort will be spent on preparing such lasagna.
Prepare a sheet of pita bread, a kilogram of minced meat, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, one carrot, a couple of cloves of garlic. It is better to take two types of cheese - for example, 300 grams of hard variety and 50 grams of Parmesan. You will also need a little butter, a liter of milk and 5 tablespoons of flour.
Peel the tomatoes and puree in a blender. Chop the onion with garlic, fry in vegetable oil until half cooked, add grated carrots and stew everything. Add minced meat to ready-made vegetables, simmer for about half an hour. The mixture must be salt, pepper, add tomatoes, bring to readiness over low heat.
Prepare the sauce. Melt 100 grams of butter in a saucepan, add flour with constant stirring. Stir until smooth, fry a little. Without waiting for the mixture to cool, pour in all the milk and bring to a boil. The temperature must be maintained until the sauce reaches the thickness of sour cream. Garlic can be added.
Grate the cheese. Divide the minced meat mixed with vegetables into three equal parts. Lavash can also be cut to make 3 or 4 flaps. Put a flap of pita bread in a mold with high sides, put the meat filling, sauce, cover with the next flap, and so on in several layers. Top everything with grated cheese.
Put the form in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. For a prettier dish, remove the cooked lasagna from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Then return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Cool the lasagne before serving - then it will retain its shape.
