For housewives who do not like to spend a lot of time preparing food, I want to offer a rather simple recipe for lavash lasagna. The exquisite taste of this excellent dish will not leave you indifferent.

- - Armenian lavash - 4 pcs.;
- - cream 10% - 100 ml;
- - onions - 1 pc.;
- - tomato paste - 1 tablespoon;
- - fresh basil - 50 g;
- - cheese - 400 g;
- - milk - 400 ml;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - wheat flour - 2 tablespoons;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
After pouring 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil into the pan, fry the peeled and finely chopped onions in it until it becomes soft.
Step 2
Then add the prepared minced chicken to the fried onions. Cook this mixture over fairly high heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add tomato paste, salt and pepper there. Mix everything well until smooth. Simmer the resulting mass, reducing the heat, for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add pre-washed and chopped basil along with cream into a frying pan with minced meat. Simmer the mixture, covered with a lid, for 7 minutes. After this period of time has passed, remove the resulting mass from the stove, let it cool completely, and then divide it into 3 equal parts.
Step 4
Take an empty skillet and place the butter in it. When it is hot, fry the wheat flour in it for 3 minutes. After the time has elapsed, add milk there, but not all at once, but in small portions. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Cook it until that time, stirring continuously, until it boils. As a result, you will get a sauce, the consistency of which resembles sour cream.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with the resulting sauce. Then place the pita bread, and on it, respectively, one of the minced meat parts. Sprinkle this mass with grated cheese. Lay out 2 more layers in the same way. The last layer differs from the others in that it only needs to be poured with sauce and sprinkled with the rest of the cheese.
Step 6
Send the dish to bake in the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, until it is covered with a ruddy crust. Lavash lasagna is ready!
