Lasagna is one of the traditional dishes of Italian cuisine. It is gaining more and more popularity in various countries due to its unique taste and originality. There are now a great many varieties of this dish. Try to delight your loved ones and loved ones by preparing one of the most popular types of this delicacy - Neapolitan lasagna.

- 1 pack of lasagna sheets
- 300 g minced meat (preferably beef)
- 200 g champignon mushrooms
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp sweet ketchup
- 0.5 tsp vinegar
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 juicy tomatoes
- fresh parsley and basil
- ground black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Sahara
- salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the champignons finely. Place the pan on the stove and wait for the pan to heat up. Pour olive oil into it, add the chopped mushrooms and fry them until a delicate golden crust appears.
Step 2
Add the minced meat to the mushrooms, cover and continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Next, prepare the Neapolitan sauce. To do this, cut the onion into cubes and fry it separately in a skillet, also in olive oil.
Step 4
Peel the tomatoes. To make the skin easier to remove, dip them in boiling water for a few seconds, remove them and peel them off with a sharp knife. Cut. Pour them over the fried onions and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add sweet ketchup, vinegar, salt, sugar and black pepper to them.
Step 5
Place the pot on the stove. Pour about 1.5 liters of water into it, wait for the water to boil, salt and add 1 tbsp. olive oil. Dip the lasagna sheets into a saucepan (2-3 at a time) and cook until half cooked, about 1 minute each batch.
Step 6
Lay the first layer of sheets in a special mold. Place half of the minced meat on top of them, top it with Neapolitan tomato sauce. Cover the first layer with sheets. Next, lay out the other half of the minced meat, cover with cream and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover the pastry with lasagna sheets again.
Step 7
Repeat the previous point. You should end up with four layers. Sprinkle the finished lasagne on top with the remnants of grated cheese, finely chopped fresh parsley and basil and ground pepper.
Step 8
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the lasagna dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. If desired, you can bake the lasagna a little under the grill at the end.

Remove from the oven, cut and serve on pretty plates!
