Loose in texture and very nutty in taste, these cookies will brighten up your tea party!
It is necessary
- For 20 pieces:
- 120 g softened butter;
- 140 g soft peanut butter;
- 170 g cane sugar + fine sugar for sprinkling;
- 1 tsp vanilla or vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- 2 eggs;
- 220 g flour / c;
- 1 tsp baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
We take out all the necessary products. We put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Line the baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 2
Using a mixer, beat the softened butter with peanut butter, sugar and vanilla. You should get a light creamy mass. Beat in the egg and beat again until smooth.
Step 3
Sift flour with baking powder. Switching the mixer to the slowest speed, add the flour mixture a little at a time and stir until a soft dough is obtained. We remove it for 20 minutes in the cold.
Step 4
We take 1 tbsp. mass, roll balls out of it and roll in sugar. Put them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. It is very easy to check the readiness: just turn the cookies over. If it is dark golden in color, then it's time to take it out! The finished biscuits will be fairly soft at first, but will harden as they cool. Bon Appetit!
