  • - Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - Kefir - 1 glass (180 ml);
  • - Baking soda - 1 tsp;
  • - Salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • For filling:
  • - Homemade mince (pork and beef) - 300 g;
  • - Large onions - 3 pcs.;
  • - Ground black pepper;
  • - Salt;
  • - Butter for lubrication - 5 g;
  • - Baking dish.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to make the pie dough. Pour kefir into a large bowl and add soda to it. To make the cake lush, the mixture must be mixed and left to swell for 5 minutes (the soda does not need to be additionally quenched).

Step 2

Now add the rest of the ingredients one at a time - salt, chicken eggs and flour. Mix everything well with a spoon, spatula or mixer at minimum speed. Leave the mixture on for 10 minutes.

Step 3

While the dough is infusing, prepare the filling. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. In a separate bowl, combine the minced meat and chopped onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 4

Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 170 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour half of the dough into the mold. Put the minced meat on top and cover with the remaining dough. Bake the meat pie for 40 minutes until golden brown.
