- mayonnaise - 220 g;
- red caviar - 260 g;
- processed cheese - 2 pcs;
- boiled eggs - 8 pcs;
- boiled chilled shrimp - 550 g;
- medium-sized potatoes, boiled - 6 pcs.

Step 1
For a delicious salad, place the cream cheese in the freezer and hold there until it hardens. Peel the boiled shrimp, set aside 8 pieces for decorating the dish, and the rest will go to the salad.

Peel the eggs and grate with the cheese and potatoes. At the same time, use a fine grater for eggs, and a coarse one for potatoes and cheese. Be sure to place the ingredients in different containers. You can mix each one separately with mayonnaise.

Take a clean, medium-sized plate. It's time to prepare a delicious salad in the form of a small slide. If you mixed each component with mayonnaise in advance, then you do not need it additionally. Otherwise, cover each layer with mayonnaise.

Observe the following sequence of layers: first, half of the peeled shrimp, then half of the grated eggs. Next, lay a layer of boiled and chopped potatoes, then melted grated cheese. Place the remaining shrimp on top, leveling them evenly and again with a layer of grated eggs. Place a layer of mayonnaise on the resulting slide.
