There are many recipes for making shortbread cookies. We offer you a classic way of making dough for such cookies, but the design will not be quite ordinary - the finished baked goods will resemble acorns.
It is necessary
- - 3 glasses of wheat flour;
- - 250 g butter;
- - 100 g of icing sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - chocolate paste, jam or jam, any nuts.

Step 1
Let's start with the test. To do this, mix softened butter with powdered sugar until smooth. Add two eggs, stir. Add flour. The dough should be cool, but in moderation. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Dip a teaspoon in melted butter, then fill it with chilled dough, remove excess with a knife. Place flat side on a baking sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes. Cook Acorns shortbread at 180 degrees.
Step 3
Cool the finished cookies. Spread the flat part of the pastry with chocolate paste, combine with the second cookie.
Step 4
Fry any nuts in a dry frying pan, chop with a sharp knife. You can take walnuts and hazelnuts - which ones you like more.
Step 5
Dip the wide end of each cookie into the jam slightly diluted with water. The jam shouldn't be very thick. You can dip the acorns in melted chocolate. Then immediately dip in the nuts. Wait for the cookies to dry, then you can serve them with tea or coffee.
