There are many recipes for desserts for tea, including cakes. You can slightly change the method of preparing such a dessert and make pancakes instead of the classic cakes. And then put together the filling and pancakes. The cake will turn out to be unusual in preparation, but very tasty.
It is necessary
- - 1/4 tsp cinnamon;
- - 25 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. powdered sugar;
- - 200 g flour;
- - 100 ml of water;
- - 30 g of almonds;
- - 1 egg;
- - 4 tablespoons Sahara; - 300 ml of cream;
- - 200 g of jam or preserves (in this case, cherry, although you can take any);
- - 300 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 tsp starch.
Instructions
Step 1
For the cake, you need to prepare 9 pancakes. To do this, mix milk, flour, egg, half of the specified volume of sugar, vegetable oil. Pouring a small amount of the mixture into a hot frying pan, fry the pancakes on both sides. Pancakes should be the same size. If it did not work out, you should cut the edges of all pancakes on plates.
Step 2
Beat the cottage cheese with cream and powdered sugar until creamy.
Step 3
Collect the cake in layers: lay the pancakes on top of each other, smearing the first 3 layers with cream, then 1 cherry jam, again smear 3 pancakes with cream, 1 jam, grease the rest with cream. Grease the sides of the cake with cream too. Put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 4
Peel the almonds. To do this, pour boiling water over it for a few minutes, after which the almonds are easier to peel. Grind in a blender.
Step 5
Boil water, sugar and starch to a jelly state. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and let cool.
Step 6
Pour the pancake cake with the resulting jelly and sprinkle with ground almonds. Put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 7
After the time has passed, the cake can be sliced and served.
