Pizza has long become one of the most favorite treats for many, because the variety of types of this dish can satisfy the requirements of even the most fastidious gourmets. The taste of pizza, of course, largely depends on the quality and composition of the filling, however, the dough also plays a very important role here.
It is necessary
-
- Curd dough:
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 100 ml of milk;
- 450 g flour;
- 6 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- baking powder for the dough;
- salt.
- Yeast dough:
- 200 g flour;
- 5 g dry yeast;
- 150 ml of warm water;
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- salt.
- Yeast-free dough:
- 2 cups of flour;
- 100 ml of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 2-3 st. l. vegetable oil;
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Curd dough. Mash a pack of cottage cheese with an egg, add vegetable oil, milk, salt and mix. Mix flour with baking powder and add portions to the curd mass, stirring thoroughly. The amount of flour may differ from that indicated in the composition, so make sure that the dough does not get too tough. Place the rolled dough on a greased baking sheet and add the filling. Pizza preparation time is approximately 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
Step 2
Yeast dough. Despite the fact that the dough is yeast, it will fit in only half an hour, and its preparation will not take even 10 minutes. Mix flour with dry yeast and salt in a deep bowl, then gradually pour warm water into it and stir. To knead the dough by hand, add olive oil. Place the dishes in a warm place for half an hour. At this time, you just have time to prepare the filling. The dough does not need to be rolled out - you can simply spread it out on the baking sheet by hand. It is worth noting that this dough becomes a little dry when baked, so if you do not like crunchy pizza, generously brush it with the pasta or sauce that you usually use.
Step 3
Yeast-free dough. Stir the eggs thoroughly with milk and vegetable oil to get a homogeneous mass. Pour flour into a deep container and mix it with salt. Then gradually pour the egg mixture into it, stirring everything thoroughly. As a result, you should get a thick dough. Knead it with your hands, periodically sprinkling it with flour, then let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Then roll it into a thin layer and place it on a greased baking sheet. This dough can also turn out to be a little dry.
