- - 180 g walnuts
- - 120 g dried apricots

Step 1
Beat the whites with a whisk or blender until firm and firm foam, so that turning the bowl over, the mass remains in the same position and does not flow down. At this time, add sugar, salt and lemon juice, continue whisking at maximum speed for another 15-20 minutes. Add the starch and continue beating for a few more minutes.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 100 degrees. Take a baking sheet, line it with parchment, draw circles on the parchment, circling the glass with a pencil. Put a tablespoon of false egg mass in the resulting circles, smooth it in shape, and then send it to the oven for an hour. After cooking, leave the meringues to cool in the oven.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave for a few hours at room temperature to soften and warm. Cut the butter into small pieces and put in a blender, add sugar there, beat everything thoroughly, add cocoa and beat again. Chop the nuts not very finely, and cut the dried apricots into cubes. Add half the nuts to the cream, stir the mass.
