Step 1
First of all, you need to prepare the dough for the mushroom pocket. To do this, melt the butter and add it to the flour. Then add some sugar and salt. Pour sour cream into the resulting mass. Next, everything must be thoroughly mixed and put into the refrigerator.

Remove the dough after an hour and a half. Roll it out and cut it into square slices that are approximately 20 centimeters long.

Next, let's start preparing the filling. To do this, you need to fry the mushrooms. During frying, you can add various kinds of spices, salt, herbs. Add finely chopped tomatoes at the end of frying.

Distribute the resulting mass into squares of puff pastry, having previously greased them with butter. Roll the dough from the edges so that you get small pockets with the filling. Next, place them in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown.
