The paprika cake does not require baking. Bottom - bell pepper, inside - curd mass with spices. The dish looks like a real work of culinary art. It contains many valuable substances, is easily digestible and very useful.
It is necessary
- - a bag of gelatin;
- - 40 g of pine nuts;
- - 2 bunches of basil;
- - 1 head of garlic;
- - 750 g fat-free cottage cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wine vinegar;
- - 750 g bell pepper without peel (canned);
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in a little water.
Step 2
Fry the nuts in a dry skillet until light golden brown.
Step 3
Finely chop the basil, pass the garlic through the garlic and mix with cottage cheese and vinegar. Season with pepper, salt and add nuts.

Remove the pepper from the jar and cut it in half lengthwise.

Heat the milk over low heat, pour in the gelatin and add the curd mass.

Take a baking dish and put 1/3 of the pepper, half of the curd mass on the bottom, pepper on top, again the curd mass and the remaining pepper.
