An unusual solution to the usual Soviet vinaigrette. Such a dish can be served not only for the New Year's table, but also for the usual arrival of guests. Surprise them with an unusual combination of vegetables and seafood.
It is necessary
- - 200 g frozen squid;
- - 120 g of carrots;
- - 120 g of beets;
- - 120 g of pickled cucumbers;
- - 160 g of potatoes;
- - 25 g green onions;
- - 1 teaspoon of 3% vinegar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - salt and black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil carrots, beets, potatoes until tender in lightly salted water. Drain and cool vegetables.
Step 2
To boil the squid, boil water in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt, black ground pepper, bay leaf. Dip the squid one by one into boiling water, soak the squid there for about 10-15 seconds and remove. Remove the remnants of the skin, remove the inner part of the squid and the transparent spine.
Step 3
Peel vegetables. Cut the carrots, beets and potatoes into small cubes. Chop the pickles and green onions. Combine vegetables in one bowl. Add cooked squid, salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 4
Add vegetable oil, vinegar to the total mass and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the finished vinaigrette with chopped green onions or garnish with onion rings.
