  • - 500 ml of milk

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare milk jelly. Mix 500 g of granulated sugar, milk and starch, stir and put on fire, bring to a boil. Remove the milk jelly from the stove and cool completely.

Step 2

Prepare the dough. Mix eggs, granulated sugar, honey and 60 g of butter, stir until smooth and put on fire, cook until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Add baking soda and stir. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Then add flour in a thin stream and stir until smooth. Divide the finished dough into 12 equal parts.

Roll out each piece of dough thinly. Attach a plate and cut out even circles. Lightly dust a baking sheet with flour and lay out the dough. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees, bake for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from oven and cool well. Bake this way 11 more times. Bake the dough pieces in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Cool and crumble the cuttings with a pusher.

Prepare the cream. Add sliced butter to the milk jelly and beat with a mixer.
