The cake is simply extraordinary. Consists of two cakes, greased with cream containing yoghurt, and impregnated with cherry syrup and cognac. The delicacy is poured with chocolate glaze and decorated with white chocolate.

- - 200 ml of kefir
- - 40 ml of cognac
- - 250 g granulated sugar
- - 1 sachet of dry hot chocolate
- - 10 g baking powder
- - 600 g flour
- - 3 eggs
- - 60 ml of vegetable oil
- - vanillin
- - 500 ml of yogurt
- - 30 g butter
- - 200 g cherries
- - 70 ml cherry juice
- - 100 g dark chocolate
- - 50 ml of milk
- - 50 g white chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Bake a biscuit. Mix kefir, 125 g granulated sugar, vanillin, egg, vegetable oil and brandy. Add dry hot chocolate mixture and stir. Add flour and baking powder, mix everything well until smooth. The dough should be perfect and free of lumps.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the dough into it. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, place the biscuit and bake for about 40-50 minutes. Cool the finished cake on a wire rack.
Step 3
Make a cream. Mix 2 eggs with granulated sugar, add 4 tablespoons. flour and stir until smooth. Pour in the yogurt and stir with a whisk to avoid lumps. Place in a water bath, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add room temperature butter, stir.
Step 4
Make an impregnation. Mix 30 ml of brandy and cherry juice.
Step 5
Cut the cooled crust into three pieces. Grind the smallest crust into crumbs. Put the medium crust on a dish, saturate with soaking and brush with cream, lay out a layer of cherries and sprinkle with crumbs, cover with the first crust and soak with impregnation, grease with cream. Lubricate the top of the cake with cream and saturate with impregnation.
Step 6
Make the frosting. In a water bath, melt the dark chocolate, pour in the milk and stir until smooth. Grate white chocolate.
Step 7
Pour the icing over the top of the cake and sprinkle with grated white chocolate. Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
