Cabbage salad is always good for the body. Vegetable salads should be present in everyone's diet in winter and summer. This salad is made with Chinese cabbage and greens. It should be served with orange sauce, but this does not mean that the dish will turn out sweet. Orange sourness perfectly complements the taste of cabbage and fresh herbs.
It is necessary
- - 12 sheets of Chinese cabbage;
- - 2 oranges;
- - 1 bunch of dill;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of chopped green onions;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - lemon juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Start your meal by preparing orange platters. To do this, cut each orange in half, pull out the pulp with a knife. Try to act carefully - you should get an even plate of orange peel. Lubricate the inside of the plate with lemon juice - this will keep them longer.
Step 2
Separate the required number of leaves from the head of Peking cabbage, cut into two parts towards the end, thus separating the hard part of the stems from the tender leaves.
Step 3
Chop the tough stems into small cubes, tear the tender part with your hands into medium pieces. Chop the dill finely, add to the cabbage. You can't spoil this salad with herbs - you can safely take more dill.
Step 4
Cut green onions into small rings, send to cabbage and dill. Add thin slices of orange pulp. The salad itself is ready, but the main highlight of the dish is the orange sauce.
Step 5
For the orange sauce, you need to take fresh juice from half an orange. You cannot use sweet juice from the bag here! Mix orange juice with sour cream. It is better to take sour cream not very fat. Mix the sauce until smooth, it will turn out to be liquid.
Step 6
Now put the salad on orange plates, pour over the sauce, serve immediately.
