Ingredients:

- flour - 930 grams;

- kefir - 500 ml;

- yeast ("live") - 20 grams;

- milk - 20 ml;

- water - 50 ml;

- eggs - 1 piece;

- sugar (regular) - 150 grams;

- confectionery sugar - 30 grams;

- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;

- butter - 50 grams;

- salt - 0.5 teaspoon.

The yeast must be thoroughly ground with 50 grams of sugar. The resulting mixture must be poured with warm water and placed in a dry place for 20 minutes. Kefir should be warmed up, then melted butter, 100 grams of sugar, salt and one egg should be added to it. Beat this mass a little with a mixer and pour into the yeast. After that, it is necessary to make a dough from the kefir mixture, pouring flour into it in portions. Future baked goods should be placed in a warm place for about 2 hours.

From the risen dough, several small rolls of any shape should be fashioned. They must be laid out on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, covered with a towel and left for 30 minutes.

Beat milk with one egg. With this mixture, you need to grease the surface of the buns, then sprinkle them with confectionery sugar.

The dish should be baked in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. The treat should be golden brown.

Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients:

- kefir - 1, 5 glasses;

- yeast (dry) - 2, 5 tablespoons;

- flour - 550 grams;

- cinnamon (ground) - 1, 5 teaspoons;

- water - 60 ml;

- vegetable oil - 0.5 cups;

- butter - 100 grams;

- white sugar - 3 tablespoons;

- brown sugar - 300 grams;

- salt - 1-2 pinches;

- soda - 1.5 grams.

Dilute yeast and white sugar in warm water. This mixture must be placed in a dry place for 10 minutes so that it ferments. After that, vegetable oil and preheated kefir should be added to the yeast. The resulting mass must be mixed with flour, salt and soda. You should get a shaky dough, which must be covered with a towel and left for 15 minutes. Further, future baking needs to be rolled out with a rolling pin.

In a separate container, mix cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. This mass must be laid out on the rolled dough, which must then be wrapped in a roll, tightly closing the seam. The resulting lump must be cut into several pieces, giving them the shape of buns. The dough should be refrigerated overnight, then put on a baking sheet and baked in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
