It is necessary

  • - 1 kg pork fillet,
  • - juice of one lemon,
  • - salt and pepper to taste,
  • - sunflower oil for marinade,
  • - 3-4 cloves of garlic for flavoring,
  • - seasonings to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Pork fillet must be cut, but not completely, but so that it looks like an open book, into 3-4 pieces.

Step 2

Then it needs to be salted, pepper and put in a marinade, prepared from a mixture of lemon juice and a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. It is recommended to marinate the meat for 12 hours, so it will seem more tender and juicy.

Step 3

Further, seasonings to taste are laid out in the cuts of the cloves of garlic.

Step 4

We carefully fold the pork with the cuts down and pull it with a thread folded in many folds.

Step 5

In a multicooker on the Express mode, a piece of meat is fried from all sides. The first 3 minutes the meat is fried on one side, then the heating mode is turned on. Then it is fried on the other side also for about 3 minutes.

Step 6

Then we fill everything with a glass of hot water, the "Stew / Cooking" mode is selected for steam and the boiled pork is stewed for about 1 hour.
