The multicooker is very often used in modern kitchens, as it prepares various dishes quickly and easily. Homemade boiled pork is no exception.
It is necessary

Step 1
Pork fillet must be cut, but not completely, but so that it looks like an open book, into 3-4 pieces.

Then it needs to be salted, pepper and put in a marinade, prepared from a mixture of lemon juice and a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. It is recommended to marinate the meat for 12 hours, so it will seem more tender and juicy.

Further, seasonings to taste are laid out in the cuts of the cloves of garlic.

We carefully fold the pork with the cuts down and pull it with a thread folded in many folds.
Step 5
In a multicooker on the Express mode, a piece of meat is fried from all sides. The first 3 minutes the meat is fried on one side, then the heating mode is turned on. Then it is fried on the other side also for about 3 minutes.
Step 6
Then we fill everything with a glass of hot water, the "Stew / Cooking" mode is selected for steam and the boiled pork is stewed for about 1 hour.
