Red fish cutlets are tasty and tender. They are also made for people who eat a healthy diet. Another plus of this dish is that it can be prepared in just 30 minutes!
It is necessary
- - 900 g of salmon or other red fish of your choice (without bones and skin);
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 cups of bread crumbs;
- - 1 tbsp. capers;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. mayonnaise;
- - greens to taste;
- - 1 tbsp. mustard;
- - 1, 5-2 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - 1 tbsp. chili sauce;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. salt;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. pepper;
- - oil to taste (for frying cutlets).
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion finely and fry a little. Finished onions should be golden in color.
Step 2
If you are taking whole fish, remove the skin and bones from the fillets. Chop the fillet in a chopper, and if not, chop finely with a knife.
Step 3
Place the fish in a deep bowl and add the breadcrumbs (one and a half cups, leave the rest aside for now). Add all the remaining products here, except for the oil, you will fry the cutlets on it.
Step 4
Mix everything thoroughly and make cutlets from the resulting mixture. Roll the resulting cutlets in the remaining breadcrumbs (0.5 cups) and fry the cutlets in a preheated skillet.
Step 5
Remember to add oil to the skillet and let it warm up too before placing the patties. The total readiness time is 6 minutes.
