It is necessary

  • - 700-800 g of pork;
  • - 350 g of champignons,
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste;
  • - one medium onion;
  • - 3 inflorescences of cauliflower;
  • - medium carrots;
  • - 5 broccoli inflorescences;
  • - 2 pcs. bell pepper;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - fresh dill;
  • - two sprigs of basil;
  • - a small young zucchini;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork and cut into medium or small pieces to taste.

Fry pieces of meat in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2

We clean and wash the bell peppers from the seeds, cut them into small cubes or medium strips.

Step 3

Cut the peeled onion into thin half rings (you can cut it into cubes), which we add to the fried meat and fry for several minutes over medium heat.

Wash the inflorescences of cabbage and broccoli and cut into small cubes.

Cut the mushrooms into quarters.

Step 4

Put coarsely grated carrots in a pan along with chopped mushrooms, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini and tomato paste. Fry vegetables for five minutes over medium heat, without a lid, stir.

Step 5

Pour vegetables with 300 ml of warm water and continue to simmer over low heat for half an hour. After 20 minutes add chopped basil and some dill.

Stir periodically, add water if necessary.

Serve with potatoes, boiled rice or spaghetti. We decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal.
