Italian cuisine is delicious. Frittata with smoked mackerel and green peas turns out to be very tasty, it is perfect as a nutritious breakfast. Instead of smoked mackerel, you can use lightly salted smoked fish.

- - 1/2 hot smoked mackerel;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 60 g fresh green peas;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 sprigs of dill;

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into small cubes. Peel the garlic and onion, chop. Peel the young green peas. If you have not found fresh peas on sale, you can replace them with frozen or canned ones. Peel the fish (we only need half of the mackerel), disassemble the meat into small pieces, remove the small bones.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Fry the onion on it for 4 minutes, then add the garlic, cook for another 1 minute. Place the carrots in a skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Add prepared green peas (frozen peas must first be defrosted, and all liquid must be drained from canned peas), cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop fresh dill, beat raw eggs. Add the remaining oil, pieces of mackerel, herbs to the pan to the vegetables. Stir, then add the beaten eggs. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes over low heat.
