It is not necessary to spend a lot of time in the kitchen in order to prepare a real delicacy. Pork belly in the oven is a simple but delicious dish.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of pork belly;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper;
- - 6 cloves of garlic;
- - coarse salt;
- - ½ teaspoon of ground allspice, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground black pepper, basil, rosemary.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pork brisket well and dry it with paper towels. Salt the meat on all sides very generously with coarse salt.
Step 2
Make punctures in several places of the brisket with a kitchen knife. Lash with cut garlic cloves.
Step 3
Stir all dry spices. Rub the pork belly well with them on all sides.
Place prepared meat on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 * C. Bake the brisket for 15 minutes. Then lower the temperature in the oven to 150 * C and bake for an hour and a half.
Step 5
Remove the brisket from the oven. Allow to cool and only then remove the foil. Put the cooked pork in the refrigerator.
