    • 1.5 kg. pork belly
    • 3 tablespoons table mustard
    • 4-5 cloves of garlic
    • salt
    • ground black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

A piece of my brisket. We cut shallowly in several places.

Finely chop the garlic, mix it with salt and black pepper.

Rub the brisket with this mixture on all sides.

Coat the meat with mustard and leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.

We spread it on a baking sheet. We bake the meat in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

After an hour, we take the meat out of the oven, open the sleeve from above, pour the melted fat and marinade over the meat and put it in the oven again for another 30-40 minutes.

Put the finished brisket on a wire rack to drain excess fat.
