These baskets are so beautiful that it is even a pity to eat them. But it is worth trying just a piece of shortcrust pastry with a delicate cream, it is already impossible to stop! A great option for homemade tea-drinking treats.

It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 250 g flour;
  • - 125 g butter;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - a pinch of salt.
  • For filling:
  • - 400 g of blackberries;
  • - 300 ml of drinking yogurt;
  • - 250 ml cream;
  • - 15 g of gelatin;
  • - icing sugar, mint.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare the baskets themselves, the cream prepares faster. Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, butter and chicken egg. Knead the dough from these ingredients.

Step 2

Form a ball from the finished dough, wrap it with cling film, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After that, roll out the dough, cut out circles from it, the size of which depends on the size of the molds. Place these circles in tins, prick with a fork, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (the exact time depends, again, on the size of your tins and the characteristics of your oven).

Step 3

Dissolve gelatin (use instant gelatin) in a little hot water, stir it into drinking yogurt. When the gelatinous mass begins to thicken, beat it, pouring in small portions of the cream.

Step 4

Fill the ready-made baskets with the resulting yoghurt cream, put fresh blackberries on top, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, additionally decorate with mint leaves.

Step 5

Baskets with yoghurt cream and blackberries are ready, serve them with tea or coffee.
