"Prince" is a fresh and fragrant salad that can be served as a main dish, as it is very satisfying due to beef meat.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of beef (not very fatty);
- 5 chicken eggs;
- pickled cucumbers - 5-6 pcs.;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. walnuts;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation:
- Rinse the beef meat carefully, place in a saucepan, fill with filtered water.
- Add salt, spices, bay leaves, peppercorns. Place the beef stewpan over medium heat. Leave to simmer for about 90 minutes. Remove the cooked meat product from the broth, cool and separate into thin fibers.
- Boil chicken eggs in water, cool, peel and rub on a large grater.
- Three pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic, pass it through a press, mix with cucumbers.
- Dry the walnuts in a frying pan without adding oil for 5-6 minutes, grind in a mortar or blender.
- We collect the salad in layers. It is preferable to take transparent dishes, a serving ring or a split form, since in this case the salad will look very elegant:
- first layer: boiled meat and a layer of mayonnaise;
- second layer: pickles with garlic and a layer of mayonnaise;
- third layer: chicken eggs, grated on a coarse grater, salt and a layer of mayonnaise;
- fourth layer: crushed walnuts.
The salad is ready, now you need to put it in a cold place for several hours in order for it to soak. Remove the serving ring before serving.
