- - 20 g of parsley;
- - 5 tbsp. l. seedless raisins;
- 5 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 3 tbsp. l. lemon juice;

Step 1
Let's start preparing cabbage salad with carrots. The first step is to tackle the raisins. Rinse the product thoroughly under running water, put it in a deep plate and pour boiling water over it. Let the raisins swell for at least 15 minutes.

Take a head of cabbage, remove dry and rotten leaves from it, wash and dry the peeled vegetable. Cut the prepared cabbage into thin strips. You can wield both a knife and use a combine or a special grater for work. It's up to you, but the thinner the cabbage is cut, the tastier the salad will be.

Wash, dry the apples, remove the peel, inedible parts: stalk, core, seeds. Cut the fruits into thick strips, the main thing is not to grind, otherwise after mixing the dish you will not get a salad of cabbage with carrots, but porridge.

Wash the carrots, peel, grate on a coarse shredder.

Rinse swollen raisins under running cold water, let excess liquid drain, put the product in a deep bowl. Add carrots, prepared apples, cabbage to the raisins.
