Grate 125 g of cheese on a medium grater, mix it with 1 raw chicken egg, add the ingredients to the potato dough, put 50 g of flour there and mix thoroughly. In mashed potatoes, you can add 5 g of nutmeg, finely chopped parsley and dill.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Moisten your hands in water, shape into pieces of dough, shape them into a flat pie and put them in a hot dish, you can pre-roll the pancakes in breadcrumbs. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Make the sauce. Take 2 large green apples, peel and core them, cut into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Put the fruit in a saucepan, put it on the fire, add a little water and simmer until the apples are soft and the liquid evaporates. Crush them with a fork, add 10 g of apple cider vinegar, stir, let stand for 15 minutes, and then serve.
