- - 500 g cream cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 1 teaspoon lemon zest;
- - ½ teaspoon of cinnamon;
- - icing sugar;

Instructions
Step 1
Rub the cream cheese, sugar and butter in a large bowl until creamy. Then add eggs to the prepared mixture, stirring constantly. Add the grated lemon zest, salt, flour and cinnamon. Stir everything well.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter, put the cheese mixture into it and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180 ° C and bake the cake for about half an hour.

Leave the finished cake at room temperature to cool. Then sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar, garnish with mint leaves and fresh berries.
