Stuffed peppers are considered by various nationalities to be their dish. It is necessary
- bulgarian pepper - 4 pcs.;
- chicken fillet - 350 g;
- fresh tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
- sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- zucchini (small) - 0.5 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- salt, turmeric, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, dry a little and cut into small cubes (1, 5x1.5 cm).
Step 2
Rinse the pepper under running water, cut in half, while keeping the tails in half. Gently clean the insides of the peppers.
Step 3
Finely chop the clean tomatoes. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Peel the zucchini, then chop into small cubes. Mix prepared vegetables and fillet pieces with sour cream, spices in a common bowl.
Step 4
Fill each half of the pepper with the prepared mass, place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake semi-finished products in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Step 5
Grate the cheese with a coarse grater. Take out a baking sheet with hot peppers, sprinkle them with cheese shavings and bake again for 10-15 minutes. Put the prepared bell pepper with chicken and vegetables on a dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
