Instructions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna filling and mash the fish with a fork and add two tablespoons of the canned tuna.

Step 2

Peel the tomatoes and chop the pulp. Mix with pre-shredded tuna.

Step 3

Dissolve cornstarch in 3 tablespoons of milk. At the same time, beat the eggs into the unused milk and pour in the diluted cornstarch.

Add tuna meat and chopped tomatoes to the resulting mixture. Stir well and season with pepper and salt to taste.
