- - Mascarpone cream cheese - 125 g;
- - curd cheese - 125 g;
- - chopped chives - 2 tablespoons;
- - parsley - 1 tablespoon;
- - dill - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Put it in food foil, wrap it and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until soft. Then place in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Combine cream cheese with curd. Also add chives, dill and parsley to this mass. Season with salt. Mix everything thoroughly and send in the cold for a while. The bun spread is ready.
Step 3
Sift the flour and combine it with baking powder and salt. Add butter there. Grind this mixture until it turns into small crumbs. Then add pumpkin puree, dry basil, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and paprika. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth and knead the dough.
Step 4
Divide the finished dough into 6 equal parts. Shape each into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then take a knife, make a criss-cross cut on the tops of the buns and grease it with the remains of yogurt. Decorate with caraway seeds.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees and send the dish to bake in it for about 20-25 minutes. Serve the finished baked goods with a spread of cream cheese and herbs. Pumpkin buns are ready!
