There are plenty of options for Margo salad, each of which is delicious. This salad is prepared with chicken, meat, mushrooms and seafood. Each time you get a unique dish. No one knows exactly where this name of the salad came from, but there is no doubt that it will turn out amazingly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 150 g of Korean carrots;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 pack of crab sticks;
- - half a can of pitted olives;
- - mayonnaise, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the finished Korean carrots a little so that they are not so long, otherwise the salad will be inconvenient to eat and mix with other ingredients.
Step 2
Boil large chicken eggs hard-boiled, put to cool under running cold water. After that, peel the eggs, cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Cut the crab sticks into cubes too. You can take imitation crab meat, but it must be juicy, like the sticks. Remove the pitted olives from the marinade, cut into thin rings.
Step 4
Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise. salt to taste. You can tamp the salad well in a bowl, squeeze it and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then turn the salad over onto a platter - you get a neat slice of delicious Margo salad. You can also use a special salad ring to decorate the finished salad.
