It is necessary

  • - 4 egg yolks;
  • - 1 tbsp. granulated sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. sour cream;
  • - 150 g butter;
  • - 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • - 1 tsp. crystalline vanillin;
  • - salt.
  • For the filling you will need:
  • - 1 tbsp. walnuts;
  • - 180 g granulated sugar;
  • - 4 egg whites;
  • - 1 tsp. crystalline vanillin.
  • For glaze you will need:
  • - 3 tbsp. l. cocoa powder;
  • - 180 g granulated sugar;
  • - 50 g of butter;
  • - 4 tbsp. l. milk;
  • - 1 tsp. crystalline vanillin.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the dough first. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix with sour cream and 1/2 prepared flour. Melt butter, pour into a bowl. Mix remaining flour with baking powder and salt. Pour into the yolks, make the dough not steep. Let it "rest" for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Make the filling. Chop the nuts with a knife or blender. Pre-cool the whites, beat well in a foam with granulated sugar and vanilla. Put the nuts in the whites, mix everything gently.

Step 3

Divide the prepared dough into 3 equal parts, roll out the layers no thicker than 5 mm. Place parchment paper on top of the mold. Put the first part of the dough in a mold, put 1/2 of the filling, put the second part of the dough on top, add the whole filling, cover with the rest of the dough, pinch around the edges.

Step 4

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pie for 30-40 minutes. When ready, let the pie cool slightly.

Step 5

Make the frosting. Boil the milk and butter. Mix sugar with vanilla and cocoa powder, pour the mixture into milk. Leave to cook over low heat to completely dissolve the granulated sugar. Then let cool.

Step 6

Pour the warm icing over the cake and set in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
