Potato Creamy Celery Soup is a very healthy dish that contains many vitamins and nutrients. It is suitable for both adults and children.

- - 8 small stalks of celery;
- - medium onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 8 basil leaves;
- - 3 tablespoons of butter (approximately 40 g);
- - 2 tablespoons of flour;
- - 500 ml of milk;

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion and celery, put it together with the potatoes in a saucepan.

Squeeze the garlic and add the basil.

Pour vegetables with chicken broth, bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until cooked for about 15 minutes.

Melt butter in a frying pan and add flour to it, stir quickly for 1-2 minutes.

Pour in milk, stir to make a thick white sauce.

Using a blender, turn vegetables with broth into cream, add white sauce and grind everything again. Salt and pepper to taste, use a basil leaf as a decoration when serving.
