When preparing barbecue, it is very important to choose a good and fresh product. At your request, barbecue can be prepared from any meat and even fish. It is better to cut the meat into medium pieces so that it does not dry out.

- Fresh pork ribs kebab:
- - 1, 8 kg of fresh pork ribs;
- - 1, 5 tsp aromatic spices for grilling;
- - 5 tbsp. tomato ketchup;
- - 3 onions;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - salt, pepper according to your taste.
- Fresh pork shashlik with fragrant rosemary:
- - 2.5 kg of fresh pork;
- - 3 sprigs of fragrant rosemary;
- - 3 tsp salt;
- - 1, 2 tsp ground black pepper;
- - 370 g of onions;
- - 1, 2 tsp sugar or 2 tsp. honey;
- - some vegetable oil.
- Tender chicken kebab in kefir:
- - 3 fresh chicken breasts;
- - 130 ml of kefir;
- - 1 medium bunch of cilantro;
- - ground red bell pepper, salt, cumin to your taste.
- Veal shish kebab in Georgian:
- - 1.5 kg of fresh veal pulp;
- - 2 medium onions;
- - some wine vinegar;
- - coriander, salt and pepper according to your taste.

Step 1
Fresh pork ribs kebab
Rinse the ribs thoroughly, dry a little on the table and transfer the plate. Peel the onion carefully and cut into half rings, put it on top of the meat. Peel the garlic and press a little with a knife, then add it to a plate to onions and meat. Then sprinkle the skewers with salt and seasoning. Add tomato ketchup. Mix everything gently and leave for 50 minutes. Next, heat the coals, remove the onion and garlic from the kebab, and put the ribs on the wire rack. Fry everything on each side until completely cooked. Serve the resulting kebab. It is possible with vegetables that you like.
Step 2
Fresh pork shashlik with fragrant rosemary
Rinse the pork well, dry and cut into medium pieces. Use scissors to cut the fragrant rosemary sprigs into several pieces. Then rinse and peel the onion, cut it into rings. In a separate deep bowl, combine the ingredients: salt, granulated sugar and pepper. Now in a deep bowl, combine the meat with the resulting mixture, add the rosemary, mix everything thoroughly. Then cover the bowl with a lid and let it marinate for about 1 hour. Next, peel the marinade and onion from the meat. Slip the pieces onto the skewers. Roast over hot coals for about 25 minutes, turning the meat occasionally.
Step 3
Tender chicken kebab in kefir
Wash the chicken breasts and cut into equal pieces. Then rinse the cilantro greens and chop. Pour fresh kefir into a bowl, salt it, add spices and pour chopped greens into it. Mix everything thoroughly. Then fill the pieces of meat with the resulting marinade and leave for 45 minutes. Next, transfer the meat to the wire rack, light the coals and grill the kebab. Remember to turn it over periodically.
Step 4
Veal shish kebab in Georgian
Peel the veal pulp from the film and tendons. Next, rinse and cut into medium pieces, then put them in a deep enamel bowl. Then add black ground pepper to the meat, coriander seeds, which were previously diluted in several tablespoons of wine vinegar, and salt. Peel and finely chop the onion, put it on top of the meat. Mix everything thoroughly and close the lid. Place in refrigerator for about 11 hours. Next, squeeze the juice, and clean the veal of spices. Put the pieces of meat on a skewer and gently brush with vegetable oil. Fry over coals until cooked through.
