Instructions

Step 1

Defrost the hearts (if you take frozen ones) and carefully cut off the open part so that the finished dish looks more aesthetically pleasing. Then rinse the offal under running water and pat dry on paper kitchen towels.

In a bowl with a lid, mix the sherry and a glass of Teriyaki sauce, add freshly ground black pepper to taste, stir and put the dried hearts in the marinade. Cover and shake well several times: let the sauce cover the offal well!

Refrigerate for 4 hours. Shake the container several times during this time. At the same time, you should prepare the skewers: put them in cold water, otherwise they will burn in the pan.

Step 4

After four hours, remove the hearts from the marinade and string on prepared skewers. Heat the peanut butter in a frying pan (it burns less) and put the kebabs in it. Fry until tender, about 10 minutes. Then transfer to paper tea towels to remove excess oil.
