It is necessary

  • - squid carcasses - 3 pcs.;
  • - king prawns (frozen) - 400 g;
  • - kiwi mussels (frozen) - 300 g;
  • - octopuses (frozen) - 300 g;
  • - lemon - 2 pcs.;
  • - olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • - soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - garlic - 1 clove;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • - salt - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Preparation of seafood. All seafood must be thawed at room temperature. Gut the squid carcasses, peel them under hot water. Cut the squid into 4x2 centimeter pieces. Peel the shrimp from the shell, rinse with water. Remove the mussels from the sinks and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2

Cooking the marinade. In lemons, remove a thin layer of zest (you will need about 1 teaspoon of zest), squeeze juice from the pulp (about 50 milliliters). Combine lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce (2 tablespoons). Add lemon zest, salt and pepper. Stir. The marinade is ready.

Step 3

Pour the prepared seafood with marinade and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Cooking the sauce. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Combine mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and garlic. The sauce is ready.

Step 5

Take long wooden skewers, brush with vegetable oil. All seafood must be strung on skewers in random order. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 6

Put the prepared kebabs on a plate, garnish with lemon wedges, fresh herbs. Serve the sauce with the kebabs. The dish is ready.
